The "10 Steps to Safety" campaign is suitable for all business operating in the ACT engaged in any industry.  It is particularly suited to small businesses of less than 20 employees who may not have an effective system in place for managing safety.

Businesses are invited to register to participate in the campaign. You will receive a copy of the "10 Steps to Safety" Tool Kit and access to any advice needed to implement the Tool Kit, as appropriate, in your business. 

You can access an electronic copy of the Tool Kit immediately from the following web page - www.workcover.act.gov.au/docs/tensteps.htm  This page also provides access to MS Word versions of checklists that can be modified to meet the needs of your business.

Participating businesses are eligible for an audit of the systems in their workplace that will confirm that they have successfully implemented the Tool Kit.
